I've got a lot to say about olive oil - not Popeye's old lady but the genuine article. I'm talking about liquid gold or green or somewhere in between. Olive oil is bar none one of the most healthy and prized oils known to man. This powerhouse oil is packed with antioxidants, vitamins A and E, polyphenols, and phytosterols.
